Yes. For investors working with their own contractor, we offer independent technical inspection and periodic site reporting.
How does your project process move forward?
It begins with a site visit and needs analysis, continues through design, authority approvals, tendering and construction stages, and is completed with handover and warranty-period follow-up.
Do you also work in provinces outside Muğla?
Muğla is our main area of operation, but we have completed projects in Istanbul and Ordu, and we consider suitably scaled projects across Turkey.
