Can the architectural and structural designs be prepared together?
Yes — and this is our preferred method. Because the architecture and structural teams work under one roof, structural decisions are made early in the design, reducing later revisions and cost surprises.
What documents are needed for a structural design?
The title deed and zoning status, the current architectural project, the plot survey and the geotechnical (soil) report are the key inputs. If a soil survey hasn't been carried out yet, we coordinate it with licensed laboratories.
Do you prepare strengthening projects for existing buildings?
After a survey and structural assessment of the existing building, we develop strengthening solutions and follow the on-site execution to ensure it matches the design.
