About

Born in Istanbul in 1999, Davut Erdem began his vocational education at Gaziosmanpaşa Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in the Construction Technology field, specializing in Architectural Technical Drafting. He went on to complete Istanbul Beykent University's Construction Technology Program, and continues his academic development in the Civil Engineering Department at Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction. Throughout his education he has paired the technical knowledge and engineering grounding he gained with hands-on field experience, developing a strong professional perspective that bridges theory and practice.

Across his professional career he has taken active roles in site management, technical drafting, application coordination and project planning, assuming responsibility at every stage of building production through direct field experience. During his time as a Construction Technician at ABM Mühendislik, he gained significant experience in project execution, technical coordination, quality control and site organization — an opportunity to evaluate engineering processes not only technically but also operationally and managerially.

Bringing together his accumulated knowledge and industry experience with an entrepreneurial spirit, he operates within Dome Group, of which he is a co-founder. Today, as CEO and Co-Founder of Dome Mimarlık Mühendislik, he leads the company's strategic management, project development, investment planning, technical coordination and corporate growth processes. His management philosophy is built not only on completing projects, but on building strong teams, developing corporate culture and creating long-term value.

His engineering approach is grounded in systematic thinking, attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic. With an analytical perspective, he evaluates every project holistically across its technical, economic and aesthetic dimensions, placing great importance on planning, risk management and process optimization.
